I was commissioned by Real Simple Magazine to create a series of spot illustrations for an article about tips on containing blood pressure. Tips were illustrated including: - controlling sleep apnea - cleaning out the medicine cabinet - prioritizing exercise - making time for friends and family. - watch your diet and alcohol consumption.
